玻璃熱彎循環(huán)爐FY-XH-2 一．設(shè)備用途： 本設(shè)備的設(shè)計(jì)比較適合玻璃深加工廠，可生產(chǎn)玻璃茶幾、玻璃柜臺(tái)、玻璃魚缸、熱彎弧形工程玻璃、熱彎潔具直角臺(tái)板。其特點(diǎn)是：可循環(huán)生產(chǎn)、模具制作簡(jiǎn)單、轉(zhuǎn)型快、能耗低、效率高。 二、設(shè)備工作原理及結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)介： 1．該設(shè)備的工作原理是：將模具擺好，放好玻璃，適當(dāng)升溫至一定的溫度，當(dāng)玻璃彎好后，均勻地降溫，就是一爐完整的熱彎玻璃成品。 2．該設(shè)備分為：上區(qū)加溫部分、下區(qū)成型部分、電動(dòng)升降部分和裝爐區(qū)四個(gè)部分。爐體（加溫區(qū)）是采用鋼結(jié)構(gòu)，爐內(nèi)使用高檔保溫棉結(jié)合纖維板粘結(jié)組合成雙重保護(hù)。控制區(qū)為：智能化模塊控制系統(tǒng)，具有PID控制功能。另有接線盒，可另接發(fā)熱管，以便彎高難度的玻璃。模具是采用一般的鋼材組合而成的，具有轉(zhuǎn)型快、成本低、效率高之功效。 三．規(guī)格、技術(shù)參數(shù)： 1.加工玻璃厚度：3—25mm 2.裝機(jī)功率：A型：50KW    B型：70KW             C型：80KW    D型：100KW 3．設(shè)備尺寸 (長(zhǎng)*寬*高)： A型：爐外尺寸：2650*2200*1500mm      爐內(nèi)尺寸：2200*1900*700mm B型：爐外尺寸：3500*2200*1500mm      爐內(nèi)尺寸：3100*1900*700mm C型：爐外尺寸：3900*2200*1500mm      爐內(nèi)尺寸：3600*1900*700mm D型：爐外尺寸：5100*2200*1500mm      爐內(nèi)尺寸：4500*1900*700mm 4．生產(chǎn)方式及用電量： 加溫成型時(shí)間為1.5小時(shí)，保溫時(shí)間為2—2.5小時(shí)方可取出。 5.．每爐生產(chǎn)數(shù)量： 根據(jù)加工玻璃的形狀，大小和設(shè)備的大小來定，能自由靈活安排。 6．副爐主要是起到降溫作用，能循環(huán)生產(chǎn)，大大提高生產(chǎn)效率。 7.設(shè)備的大小，電路的設(shè)計(jì)可根據(jù)需要定做。   Power elevated glass heat bending furnace FY-XH-2   Useage The equipment is suitable for glass deep-processing plants, It can produce glass coffee table, glass counters, glass fish tank, hot bending arc works of glass and so on., . The machines working principle is: Put the glass on the mold, heat them to a certain temperature, when the glass bend well, then evenly cooled, that is a finished bending glass product. 2.The machine is made up by heating systems ,forming systems ,electric load and down systems and furnace bodies.The furnace body is made from steel.,Inside the furnace use high-grade cotton and fiber insulation ,to form a double protection.The temperature controller is intelligent with PID control. The junction box can received an additional heat pipes, in order to bend all kinds of glasses. The mold is combined with ordinary steel, it’s transform fast, low cost,and high efficiency .
