福爾斯特FDM8073玻璃直線多級(jí)邊磨邊機(jī)（18磨頭） 機(jī)器簡(jiǎn)介 1．該機(jī)用于平板玻璃直線平底邊、多級(jí)邊和棱邊的磨削、拋光。2．傳送帶采用滾動(dòng)軸承結(jié)構(gòu)，每件夾板分別安裝我公司為機(jī)器專(zhuān)門(mén)定制的3種型號(hào)共5個(gè)軸承，分別為承重軸承，導(dǎo)向軸承和扣簧軸承，使玻璃加工時(shí)摩擦力小，傳送更加平穩(wěn)。可在本機(jī)上自磨后傳送板，使之長(zhǎng)久保持高精度。分別裝有自動(dòng)和手動(dòng)的供油系統(tǒng)，能使整機(jī)保持在良好的潤(rùn)滑條件下工作，運(yùn)行更加穩(wěn)定。3．電氣控制系統(tǒng)采用高端進(jìn)口電氣元件，運(yùn)用PLC進(jìn)行手動(dòng)和制動(dòng)控制，人機(jī)界面可顯示被加工玻璃的厚度、斜邊角度、斜邊寬度及底邊的剩余厚度等參數(shù)。可在手動(dòng)、自動(dòng)兩種狀態(tài)下一次性加工完底邊與級(jí)邊的磨削。 1.
